Using an antique fragment from an English gothic revival (1830-1860) stained glass window, this panel uses Youghiogheny stipple glass to surround this special fragment.
One can only guess what the entire window must have looked like, but presumablyl it had a religious theme with a figure in flowing red drapery and prayerful hands.
The entire panel is silver soldered, with a dark patina added, and mounted in antiqued zinc came. Signed in copper plate.
As a final and fitting embellishment, a custom Don Scott pecky sycamore frame has been superbly fashioned for this panel.
