A true sky blue sheet of Wissmach stained glass is the basis for this fused tornado bowl. It's particularly well named for the highly ribbed design accentuating a vortex of fused symmetrical furrows .
To this lively form I have added a number of fused pure gold perching birds, which lend a depth and interest to the work.
If you're a budding ornithophile, or simply enjoy the pleasure that birds lend to design, this bowl is for you.
